“Hey Tiger,” featured on Episode #124 by the Estonian vocalist Karmen Rõivassepp is a distinctly moody tune, with a noticeably modern jazz sophistication that invokes a darkly hued melodic and harmonic approach.  Honest storytelling and captivating melodies are brimming on the album Dance of Sounds on Amp Music.  This being the quartet’s first large-scale project suggests the journey ahead will be a bright one for these four talented jazz musicians.
Karmen Rõivassepp: vocals
Simon Eskildsen: piano
Adrian Christensen: bass
Daniel Sommer: drums

Karmen Rõivassepp is a vocalist that brings vocal control and heart into an emotional focus of musical bliss. “Hey Tiger” has a beautiful melody, sung with elegance through a fresh arrangement with copious playing and singing.
